Refund policy
We have a no-refund policy, which applies to all purchases made through our website.

At, Lajan Life Apparel all sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, we do not offer refunds for any products unless the item is defective or if you have received the wrong item.
Exchanges
Exchange’s are accepted for in-stock items. We understand that sizing issues may arise, and we’re happy to assist. If you need a different size for a clothing item you purchased, you may request an exchange subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges. This includes the cost of returning the item to us and the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
If the requested size is not in stock, we cannot process an exchange due to our no-refund policy.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at lajanlifeapparel@gmail.com within (7) days of receiving your order. Please do not return any items without contacting us first. All items being exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you with your exchange.
Damages and Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you believe you have received a defective item or if we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at lajanlifeapparel@gmail.com with the following information order number, a description of the issue and photo evidence of the defect or the wrong item received. Upon receiving your email, we will conduct a thorough review and respond within (3) business days to provide you with instructions on how we will proceed and make it right.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will assume that you no longer want or need the package. After 14 days from the date the package is returned to us, if you have not contacted us via email at lajanlifeapparel@gmail.com to arrange for re-shipment or address correction, we will consider the transaction complete and no further action will be taken.

It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates. By purchasing with Lajan Life Apparel LLC you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy, refunds and chargebacks will not be accepted because we have installed a TERM AND CONDITIONS box that is listed before completing your purchase saying that you accept shipping time and abide by our companies policies.
